Green Care Mulching can transform a green field into a construction ready site. We can complete the job from start to finish – a real ‘one stop shop’ – complete with the correct accreditation, qualified and cross-trained operators and a professional service.
Our fleet of Morbark High Speed and Komptech Slow Speed Grinders produce thousands of metres of mulch a day. JCB excavators with vegetation grabs and shears feed the grinders. Doosan loaders with 11 and 13 metre buckets load out the mulch into our fleet of walking floor semis with 100 cubic metre carrying capacity.
The fact that our fleet is so mobile allows us to float it between jobs quickly and in a cost effective manner, saving money and time for the customer.
Stumps can be excavated and put through the grinders or mulch in the ground with our excavator attached stump grinder.
Logs can be turned into firewood with our portable firewood cutter and splitter.
Should the customer require, our mobile screeners can provide precise spec sized mulches for reuse on the project.
Our machinery can process between 75 and 100 tonnes of green waste or trees per hour making it an efficient and effective means for councils, developers, wineries, and forestry management companies etc to process their products into reusable mulch products.
